I've had the privilege of photographing Jane, owner of Graze Craze Wyckoff, many times over the years — and every shoot, I get to see a little more of why she does this and what she's building it into.

This photoshoot was different.
Jane gifted her staff an empowered portrait. She wanted to treat them to a special day. She wanted them to feel seen, feel beautiful and look confident. She wanted them to have their own headshot, knowing they wouldn't be with Graze Craze forever.
