Greater Metro Financial Group Headshot Event

Join us on May 10th to update your headshot! This is a private event for Greater Metro Financial Group’s Advisors only. Prior Registration is necessary to schedule your time for this event as we are looking to keep a timely schedule. Please consult your calendar and SELECT ONLY ONE TIMESLOT for your portrait. Registration ends May 5th. We thank you in advance for your cooperation!

Please note, after you register and click complete, you will receive a message that says "forbidden". Do not worry and do not register again. The registration will go through and you will receive a confirmation email.

Here is a general guideline on what to wear. 

All attire should be ironed/steamed/pressed the night before. Please this is very important as it greatly affects our editting process' success and timeliness.

Please wear business professional clothing in the following colorway: (Dark or Light) Blue/Creme/White/Light Grey. Ties should be coordinated as well with Blue/Grey/Creme colors. No busy or distracting patterns please.

For men, a fitted suit, tailored blazer, button down shirt, tie (without busy pattern) looks great on camera.

For women, a fitted suit set, dress suit or solid dress (tone on tone patterns are ok) works beautifully. A coordinated top with a pattern under a blazer will work as well. If you are unsure, bring a second option and we will help you select at the event.

Please be careful of certain suit patterns that mix fine dark thread and fine white thread in a very small pattern (it makes an optical illusion with the camera and computer).

Please ensure your outfit is not too big or too small.

No clothing should have a heavy, bold pattern as this is very distracting.

Hair and makeup should be already styled. Bring for last minute touchups.

No clunky heavy jewelry, simple jewelry and watches are perfect. (Maybe Apple Watch that fits color set)

After your session, we will send a gallery for you to review and select your favorite. Your final selections will be fully edited and sent via downloadable link.
