By signing up for this event, you will be automatically added to our email 

newsletter. It is understood by all participants that Village Studio owns the 

rights to any and all images taken and can use for social media or website 

promotional purposes as aligns with Village Studio’s branded marketing. 

A gallery will be sent out in a few weeks where participants will be able to 

select one watermarked image from their set. All complimentary images will 

be delivered via Drobox or Google Drive link to download with a light 

Village Studio watermark. Any use of your Complimentary Headshot must 

credit Village Studio. More details will be sent out via email upon gallery 

release. Non-watermarked headshots will be available for purchase along with  

full non-exclusive copyright useage for personal and professional use.
